As of 5pm Monday, Tropical Storm Elsa was located about 45 miles southeast of Havana, Cuba and will be moving into the Gulf of Mexico this evening.

FOX 13 News Chief Meteorologist Paul Dellegatto shows us what the National Hurricane Center’s 5 p.m. update means for the track of Elsa in relation to Florida and Tampa Bay.
